It introduces AI matching on the hiring-manager side of the platform, creating a new, passive channel for your past candidates to be discovered and moved to interviews.
When you submit a candidate, you give us a rich set of signals: their background, preferences, strengths, compensation expectations, location needs, and more. If the hiring manager you submitted to decides not to move forward, that candidate doesn’t just disappear anymore.
ParaAI evaluates their profile and interests against every open role on the platform.
Each day, for every role, ParaAI analyzes:
From there, it identifies the 5–10 best candidates for that role and shows those profiles directly to hiring managers for them to review and express interest.
This means your candidate can be surfaced to new companies without you having to resubmit or pitch them again.
Candidates shown through ParaAI Matches are not random profiles — all of them have a relationship with a Paraform recruiter.
If a hiring manager expresses interest in someone you’ve worked with, they can request you to submit them to their role. You’ll be notified via email and on the homepage of the platform to confirm the candidate's interest and action the submission request accordingly.
We have strict systems in place to ensure that candidate's progression is tied to their recruiter on the platform, and that companies are not taking processes off-platform. If multiple recruiters have engaged the same candidate, our system prioritizes the one with the strongest and most recent relationship. We're always happy to hear feedback and answer specific questions.
For your candidates to be considered in this new hiring manager matching system, their preference data in the platform needs to be accurate — compensation, location, industry interests, roles, etc. The more accurate these preferences are, the more likely ParaAI will recommend them to the correct hiring teams on the platform.
