How much does it cost to use Paraform?
Nothing at all! Paraform is completely free for recruiters to use.
What are the payment terms for recruiters?
For placement rewards, recruiters get paid in 3 installments on 30, 60, and 90 days after the candidate's start date. For interview rewards and weekly bonuses, those are paid out instantly!
What is the guarantee period for placements, and will placement fees be refunded if candidates leave?
We have 90 day guarantee periods with our clients with a free replacement policy. This means that any placement payments made to recruiters will never be clawed back. Instead, for example if a candidate you placed leaves on day 40, you will be able to keep your first pay installment, but the rest of the reward will be contingent on placing the free replacement candidate.
Can I contact the hiring manager through the platform? What are the guidelines around communicating with the client?
You can directly message hiring managers through the platform for roles that you're approved on.
What's a Preferred Recruiter on Paraform and how do I become one?
Preferred Recruiter status is reserved for the top 5% of recruiters on the platform, based on recruiter rating, performance metrics, and client reviews.
How many roles can I work on at a time?
Recruiters can work on as many approved roles as they want at any given time.
