Any referrals are linked to your recruiter profile and will go directly to you. Ask your candidate to refer their friends through your unique recruiter referral link and Paraform does the rest – their referrals are automatically created as candidate records in your candidates page. Each friend is tagged to the original candidate, so you always know where the lead came from and we handle all the payments.

Who is submitting the referral?

The candidate is submitting the information of their friend in the form.

How does a referral tie back to me?

You’ll receive an email notification for each referral submitted. By default, your calendar will appear after a referral is submitted so you can connect directly. If you’d like to change this, you can update your settings here.

How is the referral tracked to the candidate?

Referrals must be submitted entirely through the your unique referral link to ensure proper tracking and payout eligibility if the referral is placed. The referred candidate must have not been sourced or saved before to your candidates CRM.

What is the candidate not found email?

Sometimes we cannot populate the candidate from our platform. Therefore, you need manually add them to your candidates page. However, the referral is still tracked on our end!
