Invite a startup to post a role Paraform and earn up to $2,500

Know a startup that needs help hiring? Refer them to Paraform and get rewarded, whether you're a recruiter on Paraform, a company currently hiring using Paraform, or just someone who knows some hiring managers looking for recruiting help!
We have different referral incentives for different user types:
- Paraform recruiters: 10% commission on revenue from referred companies
- Paraform customers: $300 off for you, $300 off for the company you refer
- Everyone else: $1000 if the company you refer makes a hire
1. The ideal startup
We're open to any startup that's hiring, but here's a few things we look for:
- Seed to Series B - We're focused on helping early and growth stage startups hire their first employees and hyperscale their teams
- Software engineers or GTM - A lot of our recruiters and tooling is built for engineering and early GTM (sales, growth, marketing) hiring
- Niche roles - We're confident we can help startups hire for harder-to-fill or niche roles, such as AI researchers, engineers with rare skillsets, robotics engineers, candidates with specific industry expertise, and more
- Recently fundraised - If a startup has recently raised, they're more likely looking to scale their team quickly
These are just a few things we look for, but we're open to speaking with any startup that might be looking for external recruiting help.
2. How to refer a company
If you know anyone that's hiring (hiring managers, founders, etc.) you can let them know how Paraform can help them hire better candidates.
If someone is interested, you can send them a link to our calendar for us to schedule a demo with them: https://calendly.com/wayne-paraform/paraform-for-companies. Please also email a confirmation to wayne@paraform.com and john@paraform.com so we can track your referral.
If you're an approved recruiter on Paraform, please go to this Business Development role page and follow the instructions there to qualify for the 10% commission reward for company referrals.
If you're a company using Paraform, just let us know in Slack that you want to make a referral, and send us an intro email with the company you want to refer!
3. Referral bonus structure
For Paraform recruiters
Paraform recruiters can earn 10% commission on all revenue paid to Paraform for companies that they refer to us! Commission is uncapped, so the more and bigger companies you can get to recruit on Paraform, the more you can earn.

For companies using Paraform
If you're a company hiring on Paraform, refer a fellow company to our platform and get $300 off your next role posting fee, and $300 off for the company you refer!
For everyone else
Even if you're not a user on Paraform, you can still refer a company to us, you can earn $1,000 if they make a hire using the platform! Just follow the instructions on how to refer a company, and we'll help keep track of everything
