By connecting your Google Calendar, you can easily use Paraform Scheduling to book an interview date and time with your candidates with a simple link. Your availability will be synced automatically, and candidates can only choose timeslots when you are available. When a candidate selects, modifies or cancels an interview, the interview date and time will automatically appear on your calendar.
Getting Started
Setting up your Paraform scheduler takes just a few minutes:
Go to Settings > Connect your Google Calendar in your Paraform account.
Connect your Google Calendar and provide the necessary permissions.
Configure your working hours and preferences.
Copy your personalized scheduling link.
Start sharing it with candidates!
When to Use It?
Initial Outreach: Include your scheduling link in your first contact with potential candidates.
Application Review: After reviewing applications, send qualified candidates your link to schedule a screening call.
