To recognize that effort, we’ve introduced the Paraform Guarantee, a safeguard designed to ensure your work is valued, even when hiring outcomes are delayed or disrupted.

Why We Created the Paraform Guarantee

Our goal at Paraform is to make recruiting a little more predictable and a lot more rewarding. We believe that when you consistently deliver quality work, you deserve acknowledgment, even if a hiring process changes course unexpectedly.

The Paraform Guarantee was built to provide a measure of financial assurance for recruiters who demonstrate strong engagement and candidate quality on roles that are paused or withdrawn before a hire is made.

Under qualifying conditions, Paraform will provide compensation of up to $1,000 as a way to acknowledge your work.

When It Applies

Recruiting can be impacted by many external or operational changes, including:

• Company Strategy Shifts: A client may pivot or reprioritize roles in response to internal hiring strategy restructuring.
• Budget or Market Factors: Financial or industry conditions can cause hiring cancellations.
• Process or Timing Delays: Sometimes companies impose drastic changes: significantly extend timelines, pause decisions, or revisit role requirements mid-search.

In these cases, Paraform recognizes that you’ve already invested meaningful effort, and we want to ensure that effort doesn’t go unseen.

How It Works

1. Identification of Eligible Roles

• Roles that are closed or paused without a resulting hire are reviewed daily for Guarantee eligibility based on recruiter activity and engagement.

2. Evaluation of Effort

• We consider measurable factors such as candidate submissions, interviews, and overall activity on the role to determine the Guarantee amount.

3. Payment

• Once approved, the Guarantee is issued.

4. Request Review
