On Paraform, your weekly activity determines how many roles you can actively work on at any given time. This system helps us understand where recruiters are focused, enables more effective capacity planning, and ensures reduced competition on the roles you engage with.
Recruiter activity on Paraform is measured in two ways:
1. Role Slot Utilization
For each role slot you are allocated, you are expected to maintain at least one live candidate or one submission per role in your pipeline.
2. Weekly Submission Volume
Recruiters are expected to submit a minimum of eight (8) candidates per week across all active roles. This requirement ensures that recruiters on the platform remain consistently engaged and actively contributing.
Because Paraform maintains a substantial waitlist, consistent activity is essential. Recruiters who do not meet the minimum role slot or submission requirements may have their accounts deactivated, creating space for recruiters currently waiting to join the platform.
This approach ensures that active recruiters are rewarded with meaningful access, lower competition per role, and stronger outcomes across the Paraform ecosystem, and inactive recruiters are not taking up space and slots on active searches.
