2. Activated Recruiter Bonuses

Once you’ve moved past the new-recruiter stage, you can tap into additional rewards tied to interview outcomes and steady productivity.

Interview Rewards

• Exceptional First Submission ($50):
  Granted when a hiring manager rates your candidate 4 out of 4 right from the start.
• Final Round Reward ($100):
  Receive $100 whenever one of your candidates advances to the final round of interviews.
• Offer Round Reward ($200):
  An additional $200 is awarded for each candidate who receives a job offer.

Platform Bonuses

• Weekly Bonus ($500):
  Earn $500 for achieving 12 interviews per week across your submissions.
• Monthly Bonus (Reimbursements) ($200):
  If you achieve 6 interviews in a month, you receive a $200 reimbursement to help offset recruiting expenses.

Free LinkedIn Recruiter Seat

• 24 Interviews in a Month (6 per week):
  Consistently bring in 24 interviews over a one-month period, and Paraform will provide you with a free LinkedIn Recruiter Seat to expand your sourcing efforts.

Total Monthly Potential: Up to $5,000
