To incentivize high quality recruiting, and to help hiring managers work with the top recruiters on the platform, Paraform has a recruiter rating system that seeks to reflect overall recruiter quality.
Hiring managers have visibility into your overall rating, interview rate and recruiting history on Paraform. The rating is measured by the average rating that hiring managers give to candidates that you have submitted to roles.
Having a high rating and interview rate (more than 50%) can result in more responsive hiring managers and higher likelihood of being invited to recruit for top, exclusive roles. All recruiters start out by default with a 5-star rating.
You can see your current recruiter rating by going to your profile page here: https://www.paraform.com/profile.
A low rating may result in fewer role approvals, being rescinded from roles or termination from the platform. For reference, the average recruiter rating is a 4.7.
